I uploaded a similiar clip of me doing this a while ago but it was not very clean so here is a much cleaner clip of me doing sum very fast double base.
Its not heel to toe technique by the way, im just playing this heel up only with the front of my feet barely lifting off the pedals, im playing with the rebound of the beater off the head and the fronts of my feet lift hardly at all off the pedal, at least 1-2cm's.
It took me a while to learn this Technique coz its difficult to get the movent of your legs and feet perfect with the rebound, but once u can manage it succesfully you can pull off some really fast base drumming without having to bother with heel-toe!!!
